Session A: 8U/Squirt
 Arrive: 11:30AM
On Ice: 12:15PM - 1:30PM
Pick Up: 1:45PM
 
Session B: Peewee/Bantam/HS
 Arrive: 1:00PM
On Ice: 1:45PM - 3:00PM
Pick Up: 3:15PM
 
CAMP FEATURES:
 
· POWER SKATING:
Drills will teach each player to skate ‘from their core’
increasing the efficiency, power and agility of their
skating technique
· OVERSPEED:
Emphasis on quickness to increase acceleration and agility with and without the puck
· EDGE CONTROL AND BALANCE:
Focus on lowering the center of gravity will allow athletes to negotiate power turns and changes of direction quicker and with more control
· PUCK HANDLING:
Learn proper puck handling and control in game-like
atmosphere
· PUCK PROTECTION:
Focus on protecting the puck in game-like situations with a strong emphasis on placing your body between the puck and the opponent
· PASSING:
Discover skills on how to give and receive precise passes
· SHOOTING:
Techniques to improve your shot accuracy and velocity
