PayPal Issues

For those of you who have signed up for monthly installments, you may have realized that your automatic payment did not get taken out yesterday, October 1st. We have contacted our website provider and we believe the issue is that during the registration process, many people signed in as a "guest" to pay through PayPal, rather than logging in as your username. By doing this, it did not give our website the necessary permissions to automatically withdrawal payments on the first of every month.

So what do you do now? There are two options to make your installments from now on:

1.) You should have received an email from the Jr. Mavs website (Goalline) saying you have a payment due for October. You can follow the link provided in that email to log in to the website and make your installment payment.

2.) Go directly to the Jr. Mavs website (wwwjrmavshockey.com) and click on the "Registration Account" tab on the left side. Or you can click here. You will login with your players information, and make an installment payment.

Unfortunately, there is no way at this point to set up automatic payments if you orginally logged into PayPal as a guest. This process will need to take place the first of every month until your player fees are paid in full. Goalline should send you a reminder email every month. It's imperative that payments are made ASAP to keep your player on the ice. 

We are sorry for the inconvenience this has caused. We had no way of knowing that Goalline would not automatically process monthly installments unless you logged in with a username. Now we know, and will work on making sure this doesn't happen in the future.
